Join our growing team as an Event Sales Support. If you enjoy working with people, supporting sales activities, and being involved in event execution, this role is for you!
As an Event Sales Support at Newpages, you will be involved in event execution and customer engagement activities, supporting lead generation, customer servicing, and follow-up to drive business growth and retention. Your primary responsibilities includes:
- Manage exhibition and event setup, booth arrangement, and dismantling.
- Represent the company at events by promoting products/services and engaging visitors.
- Compile event reports, including leads, feedback, and observations, and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
- Liaise with event organizers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare promotional materials and ensure readiness before events.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product or system support.
- Maintain customer relationships via online channels and support renewals and retention.
- Prepare post-event reports and assist in administrative tasks when required.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Event Management or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Knowledge in event execution, exhibitions, or roadshows is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
