We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Café Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead the team to deliver a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and supervise service crew and kitchen team
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Train and guide new and existing team members
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Manage stock, ordering, and inventory control
• Handle daily sales closing and basic reporting
• Ensure company SOPs and standards are consistently followed

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B or café supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to solve problems independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
