Key Responsibilities:

• What-if Simulation
  Develop simulation models to evaluate business scenarios. Assess impact of pricing, display, and stock changes

• Allocation Optimization
  Design optimization models for inventory allocation across stores. Balance constraints such as stock availability, demand, and capacity

• Dashboarding and Analytics
  Create and maintain analytics that is impactful and able to drive business on various platform eg. dashboard

• Prediction and Forecast models (Added advantage)
  Build and maintain forecasting models

• Model Evaluation (Added advantage)
  Evaluate model accuracy by using suitable metrics

• Data Analysis
  Collects, cleans, and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve procurement strategies.

• Process Improvement (Added advantage)
  Identifies process gaps, proposing solutions and build the solution to improve work efficiency

• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: A background in analytics, business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail, supply chain, FMCG, or procurement is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools,Python (pandas, sklearn)) and structured thinking.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
