Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project phases including concept design, architectural documentation, and construction administration.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality assurance, and implement value engineering where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes, authority requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and local agencies.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination involving structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while acting as the key communication point among project stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently to maintain project progress.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction, architecture, or project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, BIM tools, and architectural documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, zoning regulations, and green building standards.
• Excellent communication, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to project site at Sematan, Sarawak.
