Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and management of technical activities.
• Drive project planning, implementation, and quality control across all stages from schematic design to project handover.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure works are carried out according to approved requirements.
• Manage preparation and review of technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct routine site inspections, monitor workmanship quality, and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and safety requirements.
• Supervise daily site operations, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, and resolve site issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Liaise and coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, architects, authorities, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and approval processes.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and prepare regular progress reports and meeting records.
• Ensure project activities are completed within the allocated timeframe and according to construction specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Familiar with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Sematan, Sarawak.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.
