Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Warehouse & E-Commerce Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and online order fulfilment. The role involves handling packing and shipping processes, inventory arrangement, stock monitoring, and assisting with e-commerce operational tasks to ensure smooth daily business operations.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, physically fit, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all outgoing parcels are packed according to company standards.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging incoming stocks.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper storage within warehouse areas.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in stock count and inventory audits when required.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, organised, and stored safely.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving stocks or racks when necessary.
E-Commerce Operations
- Process and fulfil orders from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok, and other marketplaces.
- Print airway bills, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Assist in monitoring order status and ensuring timely shipment.
- Support customer service or chat response during peak periods when required.
- Assist in checking product listings, pricing, promotions, or basic platform updates.
- Help monitor customer feedback and report operational issues.
General Responsibilities
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Maintain good teamwork and communication with colleagues.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Be willing to support company events, roadshows, or exhibitions when required.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn e-commerce systems.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or basic office software.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related tasks.
Added Advantages
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Experience using Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or TikTok Seller Centre.
- Possession of own transport is an added advantage.
- Possession of driving licence is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
