Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION :
· Safely and punctually transport the CTO to various locations, including meetings, events, and other destinations.
· Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions for timely arrivals.
· Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, in good working order at all times and ensure regular maintenance and servicing.
· Conduct routine checks and report any issues immediately.
· Serve as the primary despatch personnel when the CTO is out of the country or not in the office.
· Assist other departments with urgent delivery or collection tasks, documents, packages, and other items during downtime.
· Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
· Manage and log all despatch activities to ensure proper tracking and accountability.
· Assist the CTO with personal errands and other tasks as needed.
· Coordinate with the Personal Assistant to support the CTO’s schedule and logistical needs.
· Maintain a log of the CTO’s travel details, expenses, and other relevant information.
· Ensure the safety and security of the CTO during transit.
· Handle all matters with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
· Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
· Be available for extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
· Handle any other tasks assigned by the CTO or management in a timely and professional manner.
