We are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Ipoh. If you are passionate about digital marketing, social media, branding, and sales growth, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms.
• Create engaging digital content including photos, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
• Coordinate in-store and online promotions to drive sales.
• Handle website and e-commerce platform updates.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries through social media and online channels.
• Work closely with the sales and retail team to develop marketing strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Assist in branding, events, and product launches when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales is an advantage.
• Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are preferred.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in Ipoh or willing to relocate.
