Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Sales Content Creator with 1–2 years of experience in developing engaging, sales-driven short-form video content for social media platforms, especially TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, scripting, filming, and editing daily content for Petour’s pet food brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
This role focuses on producing high-converting, trend-driven content that enhances brand visibility, audience engagement, product awareness and sales performance through impactful digital storytelling and creator-style selling techniques. The position requires close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Affiliate and Branding teams to ensure content consistency, support campaign activations and contribute to the company’s overall e-commerce growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop and produce creative, high-quality, and engaging content including videos, photos, graphics and short-form social media content aligned with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit daily short-form videos and social media creatives.
- Incorporate trending formats, viral challenges, trending audio and hashtags to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Create product-focused visuals, promotional materials, captions, and creative assets aligned with the brand voice and image.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform algorithms, emerging content styles and social media best practices.
- Propose innovative and trend-driven ideas relevant to the brand and target audience.
- Script, film, and edit 4–5 short-form videos daily using tools such as CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Optimize content performance based on audience behavior and engagement trends.
- Appear in videos, livestreams, or social media content when required.
Content Planning & Campaign Support
- Plan, storyboard, and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting calendar across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align content strategies with brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Brainstorm creative campaign concepts and viral-worthy content ideas to strengthen brand presence.
- Support campaign activations, social media initiatives, and marketing-related projects.
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
- Manage the brand’s social media accounts including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement activities.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain an active and engaging online community across social platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and KOLs to expand audience reach and brand exposure.
- Monitor social media performance and audience insights using analytics tools.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance metrics including views, engagement rate, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify high-performing content trends and optimize future content strategies accordingly.
- Research competitors, social media trends, and consumer interests to improve content quality and platform performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, visibility, and overall social media growth.
Offline Events & Additional Support
- Support offline events, activations, roadshows, and marketing activities when required.
- Capture event content for social media and promotional use.
- Assist with ad-hoc creative and marketing-related tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce content is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, social commerce, and digital marketing strategies.
- Skilled in video shooting, editing, and mobile content production.
- Familiar with social media analytics and content performance tracking.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to support weekend campaigns, events, or activations when required.
