1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR strategies
- Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
- Support change management initiatives
2. Talent Management
- Drive performance management processes
- Identify high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines
- Support leadership development programs
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution
- Ensure fair and consistent application of policies
- Handle disciplinary actions and investigations when required
4. Organizational Development
- Diagnose organizational issues and recommend interventions
- Lead initiatives to improve team effectiveness and culture
- Support restructuring and transformation projects
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Use HR data to provide insights and recommendations
- Monitor key metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity
6. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mendarin with excellent written & communication skills.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking Auditors from China.
