1. Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR strategies
• Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
• Support change management initiatives

2. Talent Management

• Drive performance management processes
• Identify high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines
• Support leadership development programs

3. Employee Relations

• Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution
• Ensure fair and consistent application of policies
• Handle disciplinary actions and investigations when required

4. Organizational Development

• Diagnose organizational issues and recommend interventions
• Lead initiatives to improve team effectiveness and culture
• Support restructuring and transformation projects

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Use HR data to provide insights and recommendations
• Monitor key metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity

6. Policy & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Update and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mendarin with excellent written & communication skills.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking Auditors from China.
• Relevant experiences and exposures on the following human resource functions:
