JOB DESCRIPTION OF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER :

Responsible for overall HR functions and ensure smooth workflow within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Manage leave, attendance, and employee documentation.

2. Prepare HR-related letters and documents.

3. Manage monthly payroll and HR administrative tasks.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

5. Manage employee-related matters and provide HR support to staff.
