Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance and advice to customers regarding Company's products or services.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Resolves products or services problems by clarifying the customers' complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer's information and analyzing customers' needs.
  • Developing feedbacks or complaints procedures for customers to educate customers on how customers can feedback their problems and issues can be solved effectively.
  • Report to HOD possible improvements in customer service.
  • Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by HOD and Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
