Water Revelation Hiring! Full Time Logistic Executive in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Manage transportation operations and route planning for 3–5 tonne deliveries from Negeri Sembilan (NS) to Klang Valley (KV).
• Track deliveries and follow up with customers to confirm required delivery quantities.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and In-House Transfer Notes.
• Update and maintain GPS systems, monitor fuel usage accuracy, and verify toll charges and bills.
• Generate reports related to driver commissions, logistics KPIs, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of route planning and transportation coordination for 3–5 tonne vehicles is an added advantage.
• Familiar with inventory control, warehouse operations, and delivery coordination processes.
• Able to prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and transfer notes accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in GPS tracking systems, fuel monitoring, and toll verification will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
