What You'll Do in This Role

As the HR Manager (HR Business Partner), you will work closely with leadership to align people strategies with business goals. You will support talent acquisition, strengthen employee engagement, guide managers, and ensure compliance ultimately helping build high-performing teams for the agri-business sector.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager
Strong command in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems and data reporting
Solid understanding of HR compliance
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in Talent management, employee relations, and performance management

Desirable
Experience in partnering with leaders across professional services or consulting environments
Exposure to regional or global HR operations
Background in HR analytics, workforce planning, or organizationl development
Ability to adapt to divers client environments and support evolving organizational needs
Certificate in HR or related fields (CHRP,SHRM) )(optional)

Compliance & Professional Standards
Serve as the HR advisor to Business PartnersFacilitate discussions on performance, engagement, and team concenrs
Support change management initiatives and organizational development
