Position Overview

• Participate in technical discussions and site meetings alongside consultants, offering effective solutions to technical challenges.

• Review construction drawings and collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to address and resolve site-related issues promptly.

*

• Monitor and oversee the execution of architectural tasks on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and drawings.

*

• Keep project leaders informed about any technical or site concerns impacting architectural work.

*

• Coordinate the scheduling and progress of subcontractors' architectural activities to maintain project timelines.

*

• Support project management by preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

*

Candidate Profile

*

• Holds a degree from an accredited university recognized by BCA and the Board of Architects.

*

• Possesses a minimum of five years' experience in architectural coordination and site supervision.

*

• Familiar with local building codes and familiar with submission procedures to authorities.

*

• Proficient in design and drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, with additional tools being advantageous.

*

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.

*

• Capable of working autonomously and managing multiple priorities efficiently.

*

• Available to work approximately 5.5 days per week, with flexibility as needed.
