Remote Lead Coordinator / 2D Drafter Wanted

We are hiring a remote team member to support our renovation enquiries, lead qualification, and 2D/3D layout preparation.

We are a Singapore renovation contractor specialising in BTO, resale renovation, kitchen cabinets, carpentry works, and kitchen + toilet renovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Reply to renovation enquiries via WhatsApp / social media
• Identify enquiry type: Kitchen / BTO / Resale / Full House
• Send package information using company scripts
• Collect floor plans, site photos and project details
• Update lead tracker accurately
• Follow up with potential clients
• Arrange appointments for qualified leads
• Prepare simple 2D layouts / marked floor plans
• Support preliminary quotation preparation
• Handover qualified leads clearly to our ID team

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Fast and professional in WhatsApp replies
• Able to read floor plans
• Basic 2D/3D drafting knowledge
• Familiar with AutoCAD / SketchUp / Floorplanner or similar tools
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Able to work independently from home
• Renovation / interior / carpentry knowledge is preferred

Important

This is not a hard-selling role. Your job is to reply fast, collect the right details, prepare simple layouts, and help our ID team follow up with qualified leads properly.

Training, scripts and SOP will be provided.

Work Arrangement

Remote / Work From Home

Full-time position

Monday to Saturday, but split the day into active response blocks:

• 10am–1pm
• 3pm–6pm
• 8pm–10pm

Must be able to cover evenings and weekends when required
