Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily TikTok Shop operations such as tiktok ads, posting video etc for multiple client accounts
- Handle client Tiktok Account for product upload, pricing updates, campaign setup, and store optimization
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and operational KPI
- Coordinate with livestream hosts, content creators, designers, and internal teams
- Assist clients in planning TikTok campaigns, promotions, and LIVE strategies
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service coordination
- Prepare weekly/monthly operation reports for clients
- Keep updated with latest TikTok Shop trends, platform rules, and algorithm changes
- Support affiliate and creator collaboration management
CANDIDATES REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
- Familiar with TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Ads, Shopee
- Able to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented
- Experience in TikTok LIVE operation
- Affiliate and live streaming management experience
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in TikTok e-commerce are encouraged to apply
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
