Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive with experience in poster design. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging promotional materials, managing social media campaigns, and supporting company branding activities.

Responsibility

  • Design posters, banners, and promotional materials for online and offline marketing
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the Jom! Look website.
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams on marketing strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement ideas
  • Support event marketing and product launches when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance to increase follower engagement and reach.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) by assisting with ad creation, targeting, and budget management to maximize ROI.
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or related design software
  • Experienced in handling printing processes, including preparing print-ready files and liaising with vendors.
  • Creative thinking with good visual design sense
  • Knowledge of social media marketing trends
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
