Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Admin provides vital administrative and operational support to the KITSUI Sales and Marketing teams. This role ensures smooth cross-departmental workflows, maintains accurate sales documentation, coordinates beauty campaign materials, and assists in driving brand engagement across online and offline retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Admin
Order & Lead Tracking: Process sales orders, generate invoices/quotations, and route inbound customer or agent leads to sales teams.
Database & Reporting: Update sales databases/CRMs and compile weekly reports tracking sales targets and retail performance.
Client Relations: Handle basic inquiries from retail partners, distributors, and customers regarding product availability, pricing, and deliveries.
2. Marketing Coordination
Campaign & Event Support: Assist in executing KITSUI product launches, roadshows, and promotional marketing campaigns.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of marketing collateral (brochures, posters, samplers, and corporate gifts) and coordinate delivery to retail points.
Digital Assistance: Help schedule social media content, monitor online brand reviews, and coordinate with creative designers or external vendors.
3. General Admin
Meeting Logistics: Coordinate department meetings, prepare materials, and document action items.
Invoicing & Vendor Admin: Process marketing invoices, track department expenses against budgets, and liaise with suppliers.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (On-the-job training will be provided).
1–2 years of experience in an admin, sales support, or marketing role (experience in the FMCG, retail, or health & beauty industry is a major plus).
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
