We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR Admin Officer to support the daily operations of our Human Resource department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, values confidentiality and thrives in a people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personal data, banking info, leave, and attendance.
- Oversee onboarding and exit procedures, including documentation, orientation, and staff movement tracking.
- Handle staff recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements
- Support the implementation of performance reviews and internal HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies and labour law compliance, including ISO documentation and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance renewals, and claims.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and liaise with the Finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, local labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HR management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
Job Type: Full Time, 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
