Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier APQP, PPAP, and PSW approval for new parts and engineering changes
• Handle supplier Safe Launch / production readiness activities
• Conduct supplier audits (new supplier, annual, process, and surprise audits)
• Coordinate supplier change management and internal approval follow-up
• Support internal and customer audits related to supplier quality
• Develop and maintain incoming inspection standards/work instructions
• Handle supplier quality issues, incoming defects, and 8D corrective action follow-up
• Manage supplier claims and supplier performance evaluation
• Drive supplier quality improvement and continuous improvement activities
• Support customer audits at supplier sites when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years quality experience with 3+ years in SQE
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PSW, IATF16949, VDA6.3/VDA6.5, and 8D
• Experience in supplier quality management, audits, and corrective actions
• Familiar with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, stamping, rubber, or SMT
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• VDA6.3 auditor certification is an advantage。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
