Job Descriptions:
Security Operations:
- Plan and coordinate security operations for the protection of employees, visitors, and property.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms or incidents in a timely manner.
Risk Management:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
- Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Establish and enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to workplace safety and security.
- Collaborate with HR and legal departments on matters involving personnel safety and conduct.
Access Control & Surveillance:
- Manage access control systems (ID badges, key cards, visitor protocols).
- Maintain and monitor CCTV systems and other security technology.
Training & Awareness:
- Provide security training and awareness programs for staff.
- Conduct regular drills and security briefings to prepare employees for emergencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum [5+] years of experience in corporate or facility security, with at least [2+] years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response planning, and safety regulations.
- Experience working with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
