- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Oversee job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
- Forecast future staffing requirements
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a liaison between management and employees.
- Resolve conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and administer salary structures, allowances, and incentives.
- Manage employee benefits programs (medical, insurance, retirement).
- Ensure competitiveness with market standards.
4. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Coordinate workshops, courses, and leadership development.
- Support succession planning and career growth.
5. Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
6. Strategic HR Management
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning.
- Support organizational development initiatives.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
