Responsibility:-

1) Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2) Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance.

3) Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.

4) Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.

5) Prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.

6) Process payment requests and verify supporting documentation, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

7) Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with audit and tax matters and statutory requirements.

8) Liaise with a government officer or agent regarding a government grant and SME status to ensure company compliance with the grant requirement.

9) Assist with financial audits by gathering relevant documentation, conducting internal reviews, and coordinating with external auditors as needed.

10) Prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Requirement:-

1) Diploma/degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

2) Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.

3) Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

4) Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount/SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

5) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.

6) Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

7) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead a team.

8) Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
