DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to prepare different foods required in the different Sections under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Chef on duty.
• Sound knowledge on creating new menu and dishes where applicable with Chef de Partie or Chef on Duty.
• Flexible and willing to assist outlet kitchen at busy times to deliver food service promptly.
• Report any maintenance issues to Chef on duty promptly to avoid interruption of kitchen operation.
• Monitor stock movements and responsible for ordering of fresh ingredients and raw materials to minimise kitchen wastage and spoilage.
• Ensure food regulations adhered to including food hygiene policies.
