Background:

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This position is responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, monitors cash flow, and provides insights to improve financial performance. This role collaborates closely with finance and account team to drive financial efficiency, risk management, and sustainable growth of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the finance team to strengthen analytical and operational finance skills.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems and data accuracy.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion, production scaling, and capital investment.
• Provide financial guidance to senior leadership during strategic planning, capacity growth, and new business development.
• Support Production and Sales with real-time financial analysis for planning, supplier negotiations, and customer pricing strategies collaborating with the Sales Team.
• Translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, internal audits, and stock counts.
• Lead standard costing, BOM costing, and product margin analysis for competitive and profitable pricing.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management.
• Oversee full-set accounting, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
• Support Ad Hoc financial analysis, reporting, and strategic business initiatives as required.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
