VTS Group Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor (Building - Construction) in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Issuance of certification of work order and other documentation.
• Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
• Preparing and issuing progress claim for sub-contractors.
• Assist in contractual issues.
• Preparing contract and final accounts for sub-contractors.
• Possessed Bachelor degree or diploma in quantity surveying (QS) or any university programme accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveying Malaysia (BQSM).
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad and MS Office.
• Pro-active and can work independently.
• Can speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
