Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project costing by giving information on estimated costs of materials, equipment and labour.
Assist to prepare estimation and carry out joint site measurement with sub-contractors and prepare Contract documents.
To evaluate tender and contract documents, taking off Bill of Quantity, prepare reports and make recommendations.
Check all construction drawings, identify and highlight discrepancies, if any, and take appropriate timely follow-up action.
Checking, measuring and taking off quantities to determine discrepancies and divergence of Bill of Quantity.
Verification of progress claims, variation claims, final account and to recommend sub-contractor’s progress payments.
Perform site evaluation and prepare Payment Certification for progress claims.
Perform all other duties as instructed from time to time by Superior.
