Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations across production, warehouse, and distribution.

  • Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and logistics efficiency.

  • Supervise warehouse, production, and logistics staff.

  • Conduct training and performance reviews to maintain team efficiency.

  • Assist in workforce scheduling and allocation of tasks.

  • Identify inefficiencies in production, inventory, and distribution.

  • Support cost-saving initiatives and operational audits.

  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials.

  • Prepare operational KPIs: inventory turnover, order accuracy, delivery lead time.

  • Analyze sales and production data to support management decisions.

  • Assist in budget monitoring and forecast planning.

  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

  • Support vendor negotiations and logistics partnerships.

  • Assist in resolving operational issues impacting delivery or production.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 3 - 5 years in FMCG operations, supply chain, or production management.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics.
