Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily renovation site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
• Monitor project timeline and ensure smooth completion
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Update clients on project progress and handle coordination matters
• Develop space planning layouts and design concepts
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models
• Attend site meetings and handle ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in renovation / interior design / construction preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp/CooHom
• Good understanding of space planning and layout design
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects independently
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
