Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Process monthly payroll, including hourly-rated staff, overtime, service charge distribution, and incentives
- Handle final salary computation, leave encashment, and payroll adjustments
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and HR letters
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS system, and leave tracking
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP)
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and handle government submissions (e.g. MOM surveys)
- Act as point of contact for employee enquiries and provide HR support
- Support handling of employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and grievances
- Coordinate training matters and assist with SkillsFuture or grant submissions
- Prepare HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, payroll) and support ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment laws
- Experience in payroll processing, including hourly-rated employees
- Familiar with HR systems (e.g. Staff Any or similar) is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational demands
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
