About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our client advisory and business operations team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, understanding client needs, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in analyzing client profiles, uncovering insights, and driving business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze client data, profiles, and financial information to generate actionable insights

* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making

* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders

* Work closely with advisors to understand client needs and recommend solutions

* Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to business processes

* Support client onboarding, documentation, and operational workflows

* Participate in business strategy discussions and execution planning

* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and advisory teams

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

* Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to Have

* Prior experience in consulting, analysis, or client advisory roles

* Strong interest in business strategy, finance, or operations
