Role Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to aggressively drive patient acquisition and revenue growth for GenPrime Singapore. This is a hunter role. You will own the full sales pipeline from lead generation, conversion through patient service, building relationships with referral partners, corporate clients, and prospective patients. You thrive under pressure, move fast, and are relentless in pursuing targets.

- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly patient acquisition and revenue targets for GenPrime Singapore
- Drive local marketing campaigns together with help from group’s marketing team
- Aggressively prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking events, partnerships, and digital channels
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B partnerships with corporate HR/benefits teams, insurance providers, wellness companies, and medical referral networks
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with OB-GYN clinics, general practitioners, and specialist referral sources across Singapore
- Drive B2C patient engagement through community events, fertility awareness campaigns, and educational workshops
- Convert inbound leads and enquiries with a consultative, high-touch sales approach that reflects the premium GenPrime brand
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimise lead generation campaigns, track ROI, and refine messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting to inform business decisions
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Singapore's fertility and reproductive health landscape
- Represent GenPrime at industry conferences, health expos, and networking events to build brand visibility
Attributes and Skills:
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding targets in healthcare, medical devices, wellness, or premium services
- Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and build revenue from scratch
- Strong existing network within Singapore's healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, specialist clinics, corporate benefits) is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident engaging C-suite stakeholders, medical professionals, and prospective patients alike
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Data-driven approach to sales; proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Genuine interest in reproductive health, women's health, or the broader healthcare space
Pay: Up to $8,000.00 per month
