Job Description

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and own ARIA Bioscience’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and emerging platforms
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars that communicate ARIA’s science-backed positioning and clinical innovations in an accessible and engaging manner
  • Grow and manage online communities; moderate discussions and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and patient/client engagement
  • Track and report on platform metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion, with actionable recommendations

2. Trade &Medical Artwork Design

  • Oversee the production of trade marketing materials including product brochures, clinical datasheets, banner graphics, event collateral, and supplement packaging assets for ARIA Lab Rx

3. Digital Campaigns & Content Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and content channels to drive qualified traffic and leads
  • Write and edit compelling long-form and short-form content including blog articles, health education pieces, email newsletters, and web copy that reflect ARIA’s authoritative voice in bioscience
  • Manage and maintain ARIA Bioscience’s website (************* and *************), ensuring content is current,SEO-optimised, and aligned to the patient/client journey

4. Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Set up and maintain performance tracking across Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs including website traffic, lead conversion rates, social engagement, and campaign ROI
  • Provide regular performance dashboards and executive summaries to senior leadership with strategic insights

5. Brand, Partnerships & Events

  • Uphold and evolve the ARIA Bioscience brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints
  • Support the planning and promotion of ARIA’s clinical events, wellness workshops, and thought leadership programmes
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media vendors, print partners, and digital platform representatives
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with healthcare influencers, KOLs, and wellness communities aligned with ARIA’s mission

REQUIREMENTS

Education& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, LifeSciences, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or medical aesthetics sectors
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts and paid digital campaigns
  • Proven track record in producing or overseeing trade and medical marketing materials

Skills &Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent; familiarity with Canva for rapid production
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or Wix) and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
  • Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative communicator who can work effectively with clinicians, scientists, and business stakeholders
  • Passion for health, longevity, and the future personalized medicine is a strong advantage
