Job Summary

Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting healthcare providers. Build strong client relationships, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand market presence in Singapore and SEA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, specialist clinics, GP networks, integrative medicine centers, and wellness facilities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions throughout the sales cycle
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and present performance reports regularly to senior management
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, specialists, clinic directors, and procurement teams
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts aligned with company guidelines
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ARIA’s product and service portfolio
  • Support organization of medical education events, symposia, and product launches targeting healthcare professionals
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities in Singapore and the SEA region
  • Develop and nurture referral networks with complementary healthcare providers, wellness practitioners, and corporate health programs
  • Represent ARIA Bioscience at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing, and marketing strategies
  • Work with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Contribute to development of sales tools, presentations, and proposal documents

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or healthcare services
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a medical or clinical setting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Established network of contacts within the Singapore healthcare ecosystem including hospitals, specialist clinics, GPs, and wellness center
