Role Summary

We’re hiring a remote Graphic Designer with strong print production and publishing experience.

You will design and prepare magazines, advertisements, and print materials, while coordinating directly with clients via WhatsApp to ensure smooth execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design magazine layouts, advertisements, and marketing collaterals
• Create print-ready artwork (bleed, crop marks, CMYK, correct sizing)
• Design advertising banners and large-format materials
• Adapt client artwork to meet print specifications
• Liaise with clients via WhatsApp groups for revisions and approvals
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Solid experience in print production & editorial/magazine design
• Strong understanding of print setup (CMYK, bleed, resolution)
• Experience with advertising design and large-format outputs
• Clear, polite, and responsive communicator (client-facing role)
• Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in publishing or magazines layout
• Familiar with print production file set up

Working Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Preferably aligned with Singapore working hours (or partial overlap)
