Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

a. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities

b. Identify new markets, customer segments, and emerging industry trends.

2. Client Acquisition

a. Proactively source, engage, and convert prospective clients.

b. Position the company’s products and services by aligning solutions with client needs.

3. Relationship Management

a. Build & maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

b. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree in any field

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
