Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s human resources and administrative functions. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic HR and administrative policies that enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and improve overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of relevant experience, along with strong organizational and leadership capabilities. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting business objectives through effective people and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and employee welfare initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
Administration & Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor management.
- Develop and monitor administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets and procurement for HR and administrative functions.
- Coordinate corporate events, employee activities, and internal communications.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support organizational growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR metrics and operational improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and administrative team to ensure high performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven HR and administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and office management tools.
