Job Brief
We are looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Project & Training Coordinator to support the coordination of corporate workshops, trainer operations, and client communication.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping projects organised using systems, trackers, and AI-powered workflows.
You will work closely with trainers, clients, and internal team members to ensure workshops and learning programmes run smoothly from preparation to delivery.This is a remote, part-time role suited for someone who is:

ResponsibilitiesProject & Training Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end workshop preparation timelines
- Manage project trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics between clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure trainers receive required information and materials on time
- Support workshop operations including participant onboarding and scheduling
- Support training-related administrative tasks where required
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate professionally with clients through email, messaging, and virtual meetings
- Conduct follow-ups with clients for surveys, materials, participant information, and deadlines
- Support project kick-off and coordination meetings
- Ensure clients are updated on timelines, logistics, and next steps
Operations & Systems
- Maintain organised project trackers and documentation
- Support SOP improvements and operational workflows
- Explore and utilise AI tools, automation platforms, or productivity systems to improve coordination processes
- Support reporting and administrative coordination when required
Requirements & SkillsCore Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and responsive in follow-ups and coordination
- Comfortable using project management or collaboration tools
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in HR, Learning & Development, training coordination, or client servicing
- Familiarity with tools such as Lark, ClickUp, Notion, or similar systems
- Interest in AI tools, automation, or workflow optimisation
- Comfortable facilitating meetings or engaging with clients and trainers
- Experience supporting workshops, webinars, or training events
