What You’ll Be Doing
Create Content That Connects
- Create content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
- Write captions, posts, and messaging that drive engagement and interest
- Keep our socials and website updated with fresh content and ideas
Grow the Brand & Reach
- Help grow CJO’s online presence and visibility across platforms
- Support outreach campaigns, collaborations, and audience engagement initiatives
- Contribute ideas that attract new audiences, opportunities, and connections
Turn Engagement Into Growth
- Monitor engagement and interact with online enquiries and audiences
- Help drive audience growth and new opportunities through content and campaigns
- Work closely with the team to turn engagement into meaningful business opportunities
Analyse & Improve
- Track content and campaign performance across digital platforms
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Use data and creativity to optimise campaign effectiveness and growth
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum A Levels / Local Diploma in any field
- Interested in audience growth, engagement, and online outreach
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
