About IntuitionLabs

IntuitionLabs is a US-based AI consulting firm working with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. We help R&D, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams adopt ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and agentic tools safely and effectively. We are a small team growing quickly, and this role is one of the first hires on the delivery side of the business.

About the role

You will own the training and enablement side of every client engagement. Each engagement involves 50 to 200 employees who need to go from zero to productive on enterprise AI tools. Your job is to make that happen.

You will work directly with the CEO and alongside our subject matter experts in regulatory, clinical, and commercial. The training function is yours to build.

What you will do

• Deliver live workshops, predominantly remote with occasional travel to US client sites, for audiences ranging from 5 to 80 participants.
• Coach individuals one-on-one over Zoom, sitting inside their actual workflow and improving their prompts in real time.
• Build workshop decks, exercises, prompt libraries, and reference guides tailored to each client.
• Produce short demos and screen recordings to support asynchronous learning.
• Partner with our subject matter experts to translate domain expertise (regulatory, clinical, commercial) into effective training content.

Who you are

• Three or more years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Customer Education Specialist, or Learning Designer at a B2B SaaS company
• Daily power user of ChatGPT and Claude. You have hundreds of conversations, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or MCP setups under your belt. We will ask to see your history.
• Strong written voice. Slack-native; able to write tight, useful copy that lands with busy professionals.
• Equally comfortable in front of executives and bench scientists within the same week.

• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences background.
