We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with little experience who are interested in building a career in sales and marketing - all from the comfort of your home.

You will support daily sales activities, assist with marketing campaigns and help grow our customer base through online platforms.

• Position : Inside Sales Executive (Work From Home)
• Job Type : Full-time (Remote)
• Working hour : Monday to Friday
• Salary Range : RM2000 - RM3500 per month + commission & incentives

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads and contact potential customers via Whatsapp, calls or online platforms
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (online)
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals
• Maintain and update customer records

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Whatsapp, Zoom, Google Sheets, and basic online tools
• Stable internet connection and own device (laptop/phone)
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independtly
