Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the Singapore market through channel partnerships and enterprise sales initiatives.

This role will focus on expanding strategic partnerships with IT solution providers, technology partners, and software distributors, while also managing direct sales engagements with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and business partners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and manage channel partnerships to strengthen the company’s partner ecosystem.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical support to deliver effective solutions.
  • Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product improvements and localization efforts.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through responsive communication and ongoing account management.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology solution sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales, channel partnerships, or enterprise account management preferred.
  • Good understanding of software sales processes and solution-based selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, independent, and proactive in achieving targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
