Position Summary

To support QA activities and R&D department in the development, testing, and documentation of food products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities and Authorities

1.Quality Control and Monitoring

a. Conduct hygiene inspections.

b. To monitor production processes and CCPs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

c. Identify and report non-conformities for corrective actions.

2. Product Development Support

a. Assist R&D team in preparing food prototypes, including ingredient weighing, mixing, and processing.

b. Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations prior to trials.

c. Participate in sensory evaluations and provide feedback.

d. Suggest minor adjustments to formulations based on trial results and observations.

e. Prepare product samples for meetings.

f. Assist in any other duties related to R&D activities as required.

3. Perform basic lab test

a. Conduct quality analyses to support product consistency and compliance

4. Documentation & Data Organisation

a. Accurately record all trial details, formulations, process parameters, and results.

b. Prepare simple summary reports for internal review.

5. Material Coordination

a. Monitor stock levels of lab raw materials and ensure timely replenishment to support trial preparation.

Requirement

Diploma/ Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields

Minimum 1 year working experience in related fields. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good attention to details

Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities and tasks in a fast paced working environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
