Job Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming sales sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce channels to showcase and promote products.
- Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, clear, and informative manner.
- Respond promptly to live comments, customer inquiries, and messages via chat, WhatsApp, email, and platform messaging tools.
- Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, company website) and support social media campaigns.
- Provide technical information, follow up diligently with leads, negotiate, and close sales.
- Handle incoming sales and customer service inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide sales and coordination support to the team and daily operations.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate deliveries, and assist with payment collection.
- Perform ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop or AI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good customer relationships.
- Proficient in English / Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Experience in sales, live hosting, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to independently create short videos, edit product clips, and design promotional materials is preferred.
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
