We are seeking a driven and well-connected Commercial Development Manager (Professional Skincare) to help expand our dermatologist-tested skincare brand across clinics, spas, wellness centers, and professional aesthetic partners.

This role is ideal for someone with strong relationships in the professional beauty, medical aesthetic, or wellness industry who is passionate about premium skincare and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow B2B partnerships with clinics, spas, wellness centers, and aesthetic professionals
• Introduce and position our professional skincare range within targeted accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Manage and nurture client relationships to support long-term growth
• Coordinate product presentations, sampling, and onboarding of new partners
• Work closely with leadership on sales strategy, market expansion, and commercial development
• Represent the brand professionally at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or medical sales
• Existing network within clinics, spas, wellness centers, or aesthetic practices preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive commercial mindset
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth
• Passion for premium, science-backed skincare products
