Role Overview:
The Head of Product Development is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of product design, development, and delivery. Reporting to senior management, this role plays a key part in shaping the company's product portfolio and delivering impactful solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in product development leadership
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the product development team in creating innovative products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones within the hybrid working environment
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and user satisfaction
- Manage on-site activities and coordinate with teams working remotely as needed
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK or relevant location
- Experience in a similar senior product development role
- Ability to work on-site as required
- Availability to start on 20/04/2026
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment for a duration of 2 weeks
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role within product development
