· To perform all work orders or maintenance requests efficiently within the expected time frame and feedback on actual status.

· To attend to complaint from guest, other department within time frame and feedback on (complaint / defect) status.

· To carry out rectification work based on preventive maintenance checklist.

· Ensures that the maintenance store had adequate supplies of spare parts for relevant maintenance requirements.

· Ensures that all work areas / workshop are in orderly manner and all tools or equipment are organized and in good condition.

· Regularly routine check the conditions of the hotel equipment/installation and to take appropriate corrective measures.

· Regularly attend job training and other forms of training to upgrade skills and knowledge.

· Familiarize with all firefighting equipment, locations, and operations and be a member of fire crew.

· Responsible for performing maintenance operation on the equipment with good handling of work and proper usage of equipment, tools and materials. Wastage is to be kept to a bare minimum in order to keep costs down.

· To be able to carry out basic service, maintenance procedures of all mechanical equipment that is to use in the premises in order to locate the problem and rectify immediately after discussion with the supervisor or the Assistant Maintenance Manager
