Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support payroll processing and HR operations for multiple client accounts. This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR services while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Handle statutory contributions and submissions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain and update employee records across HR systems for different client accounts
- Prepare HR documentation including employment letters, confirmation letters, and payroll reports
- Manage leave, claims, and attendance records for client employees
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration for client organizations
- Respond to client queries related to payroll and HR operations in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal SOPs
- Support process improvements and standardization across HR operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or HR outsourcing environment
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
- Experience handling payroll for multiple entities is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
