Job description

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to users of the company's software products via email, phone, and chat.
• Offering technical guidance, training and explanation to users on products or services to help customer use them effectively.
• Collaborating closely with technical teams, development teams, etc., to collectively address complex technical issues.
• Document clear,detailed techinical issues, and resolutions for user and team reference.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of user information and sensitive company data.
• Dealing with urgent technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of company operations.
• Follow up with clients to garnered feedback for service improvements.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Good administrative and computer literacy skills.
• 5 days’ work week (3 shift based)
• Able to work on rotational shift
• Related work experience in Customer Service field/IT Support will be an advantage.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and customer friendly.
• Possess the right attitude with willingness and humility to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
